REGISTRATION

The registration of chiropractors and osteopaths began in Victoria in 1978. Unregistered people were prevented from practising as chiropractors and osteopaths from this time. Lists of registered chiropractors and osteopaths appeared annually in July in the Victorian Government Gazette from 1979; these were either a full register or a supplementary list.
