The Bank of New South Wales produced a presentation bound book to celebrate the lives of the 793 men, 42% of the bank's staff of 1,800, who enlisted in the armed forces of Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain. These men came from the bank's head office in Sydney and their branch offices in every Australian state, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji as well as the London office. This is searchable and may be browsed.

These are the Archives of the State Bank of Victoria which was sold to Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 1990. The State Bank of Victoria was established by 1912 when the Savings Banks Act (No.2365) provided for all Banks then operating under the Savings Banks Acts to be collectively named The State Savings Bank of Victoria.
