PUBLIC RECORD OFFICE VICTORIA - VALUATION RECORDS 1930S-1970S (VPRS 8040)
These registers were created by the State Government to record property values in order to calculate land tax. Valuation registers contain a single record of property ownership, value, and improvements or changes over time for individual properties. These registers were kept for land and houses across Victoria from the 1930s to the 1970s. They are not online.
